Predictive Microbiology is the study of how microorganisms would react to certain environmental conditions, such as that of temperature and pH, with the use of mathematical functions and the aid of specialized softwares.While it will never replace microbial analysis, predictve microbial models can narrow down possible outcomes when introducing changes in your processes leading to a more efficient validation process.
