About the event

Join us for a Back-to-Back Face-to-Face Technical Seminars on Food Defense and Food Fraud and gain in-depth knowledge on how to bolster your food defense program and prevent food fraud this March 12 & 13, 2026, respectively.


Led by Ms. Marilag Mojica, a food safety specialist and consultant, these courses are designed to help you know how to protect your brand and your facility from intentional harm and help develop mitigation strategies to protect against food fraud.


This face-to-face training offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with industry experts and peers, fostering real-time discussions, hands-on learning, and practical demonstrations. Participants can ask questions, join interactive sessions, and learn from real-world case studies that deepen understanding of food defense and food fraud.

About the speaker

Ms. Mari Mojica has three decades of technical and managerial experience in the food industry with significant exposure and involvement in the areas of manufacturing, food plant sanitation, quality assurance, management systems auditing, production, supplier management, product development, coaching, and training, product evaluation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resources planning.

Yes. All participants who complete the full-day session will receive an Official Certificate of Completion from the Institute for Food Safety Advancement.
